James Hardin
Hardin is an experienced attorney who founded Hardin Law Group, an elite law firm, to handle high-stakes business litigation matters. Hardin has handled business litigation regarding almost every imaginable issue, including matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, real estate, technology, class actions, corporate disputes, and unfair competition, among others.
With over 20 years litigation experience since graduating from the prestigious UCLA School of Law in 1999, James has recovered over $110 million in verdicts and settlements, in addition to obtaining many other notable results for defense clients.

Before founding Hardin Law Group, James worked at several of the nation’s top law firms, including Robinson, Calcagnie & Robinson, in addition to Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker and Call, Jensen & Ferrell, where he was a shareholder.
He recently authored a leading book on California trade secrets law, entitled “California Trade Secret Litigation, Practice Guide” (2015), and has written articles on other business litigation subjects. He also regularly presents on topics regarding litigation skills and tactics.
